Leadership Coach, Global Living, Championing Self-Realization

I work with people to develop their leadership style and make decisions from a place of self-authority, enabling them to excel in all areas of their life.

Hi

I have always been intrigued by other people’s stories.

Like many of us, I pursued the ultimate success. Coaching supported the development of my sense of leadership and to take on ever more senior roles with increasing responsibilities, of which I thrived in for many years. However, at times I became disconnected and felt burnout, narrowness of possibilities and a sense that I was losing my shine, all of which I also recognize in some colleagues and friends. Over time, coaching helped me discover what my next adventure would be. I knew that I wanted to create my own business and use all my experience to work for myself, so I found my way into coaching as it has been an integral part of me connecting all the pieces of my life.

Like many of us, I pursued the ultimate success.

Growing up in a multicultural family and now calling many places home—Trinidad and Tobago, Wales, Sierra Leone, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland—has shaped my deep curiosity about people’s stories, particularly how they navigate identity, career transitions, and change across cultures. My academic journey began at the London School of Economics, where I studied International Relations, followed by a Master’s degree in International Management from King’s College London. I later earned my MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. I went on to build a decade-long global healthcare career, including roles within the UK’s National Health Service, Brigham and Women's Hospital, teaching business management in Sierra Leone, and advancing reproductive rights through Planned Parenthood. I trained as a coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. Today, I coach and lecture at the MIT Sloan School of Management, working with leaders at inflection points in their careers and lives.

I found my way into coaching as it has been an integral part of me discovering and connecting all the pieces of my life.
